My favourite WATERPROOF Mascara and the trick to get curled lashes all day!

False Lash Effect, Full Lashes Natural Look WATERPROOF Mascara in the shade black, is my all time favourite waterproof mascara and it has been for months now. Before this particular mascara using I would of never attempted waterproof mascara, as I thought you only used waterproof to stop your mascara running if you cried, went swimming or so on. Starting using waterproof was the best thing as it completely changed the way my eyelashes look. You will tend to find if you used eyelash curlers then non-waterproof mascara  never actually stayed curled. I also found that non-waterproof would start to smudge and end up under your eyes after long hours of use, or if you did sport it would smudge as well. Using waterproof mascara it was a completely different story, when I curled my lashes and then applied the waterproof mascara they would stay curled all day, my mum even once asked me whether I was wearing false eye lashes.
In my makeup routine mascara is one of the most important thing to me.  I feel it can really finish a look, and getting the right mascara is key to make your eyes stand out.
This is the first waterproof mascara I have used, and you are probably thinking how can this be my favourite if I have never tried any others. This is my favourite because it completely does everything that I want it to do. The first time I purchased it I got it in the shade Black Brown, I must say I can't see a huge difference between black brown and black only very slightly, if you aren't ready to go to black the black brown would be a good start.
I don't need an eyeliner (tight line) on my top lid as wearing this mascara as it's so black and thick. It doesn't get that clumpy and keeps it's look.  It goes on easily, I only need one coat, so it's quick for getting ready to go out.
This mascara is perfect for the day look and evening, as you can make it as heavy or as light as you want. The only problem I have found with this mascara is that you have scrape off excess mascara into the container, but I only do that as I like to apply thin coats.
This False Lash Effect MaXfactor mascara has a shelf life of 6 months and can be found at most drug stores.
Just to say, I know not all non-waterproof mascara's always do everything that I mentioned above. 
Overall I would highly recommend this mascara as it has done everything that I needed it to.

Kiko Essential Bronzer 200 Warm Melange

I'm surprised to say that this is my favourite bronzer, when I say that I don't mean anything against the brand, it's just I always tend to stick with the brand MAC. I love how cheap and affordable this brand is, and yet produces such amazing quality makeup, even the packaging is so lovely I debated whether to throw it away. Some people may say it is too big, but I just LOVE the size of that packaging, it gives it a nice feel when your are holding it and it doesn't feel cheap. I bought my bronzer in the shade 200 Warm Melange and I use it in my everyday makeup routine. After opening this product it can be kept for 18 months.  This brand is new to the UK and you might find that there is not a store near you, if this  is the case, they have a website that I believe post worldwide. The brand is an Italian brand that is made in Milano. 
Applying this bronzer is really easy, I also think it will last me along time as not much product is needed.
I would highly recommend this product or any of the Kiko products, as every purchase I made I have thoroughly loved.

My favourite Blusher- MAC Mineralize blush

I do  love my blushers, so far this my all time favorite blush!!!! This is a MAC mineralize blush, in the shade "Gentle". I have owned this blush for months now and no matter how many new blushes I get, I feel myself always gravitating back to it without even noticing. This blush is so lovely, it gives you the choice on the amount of coverage you want.  It builds up lightly and all you have to do is add another layer depending on the look you are aiming for. I find when I apply this I barely use any product and this is why I believe this blush has managed to last so long. When I sadly come to the end of this product, I will definitely will be purchasing another one...I LOVE IT!! This blush with make you shine and stand out, giving what would appear to be a natural glow.

L'Oreal Superliner Perfect Slim Black Intense

I'm not much of an eyeliner girl myself, but when I do want a nice thin wing liner I gravitate toward the L'Oreal Superliner Perfect Slim. This liner creates a intense black look that takes barely anytime to create. This liner also has its own grip which makes it an easier hold. This superliner can last up to 6 months after opening, which is good if it is something that you don't want to necessarily use everyday.
The only downside I found to this eyeliner was the product didn't always reach the top of the tip. This product is fairly cheap and can be found at any drugstore, I purchased mine from Superdrug for only £6.99.  I find this a fairly cheap price for a respectively good product. This eyeliner is very durable and
Once this L'Oreal Superliner has run out, I think I will find myself purchasing another one.

MAC Studio Finish Concealer is the BEST CONCEALER EVER!!

NC20 Mac Studio Finish Concealer is a must have product…..I LOVE IT!!! This is the second time I have purchased this item and it’s been a fantastic buy.  The concealer has a 24 month shelf life and I would say that I use mine on a daily basis and it last me approx. 14 months.  The cost of the concealer is £15.50; I have shared a link below for you to look at this product further.  I have guided multiple members in my family to use this product without much convincing, all I had to do was apply it onto them and they were sold.

When I was having a hard time with acne, NC20 Mac Studio Finish Concealer was my life saver. Having to try and cover acne was a hard work, luckily now I use it on is a few blemishes and my under eyes. Although at the time the price wasn’t cheap, the coverage makes the price irrelevant.

I love the size of this product as it is easily portable. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

To keep your skin safe from the sun it even has SPF 35. This concealer lasts all day, even after exercising as you will find it is still there and not halfway down your face. The texture is light and creamy and easy to apply. To get a specific Studio Finish Concealer in your colour simply go along to a MAC counter/store and they will be more than happy to find the colour for you as they have 15 shades available.

Starting something new!

I have always loved anything to do with beauty, hair and fashion. I started to get into the makeup world when I suffered with breakouts due to teenage acne and needed to find a way to cover them up.   I know that's not the best thing to do as it probably made it worse, but it was my strategy of coping. I want my blog to be a place where I can express my opinion and share my taste of things with others. I also do suffer with anxiety, and see this as a great way to build up my confidence, while having fun at the same time! I hope to make friends and help people along the way who might need advice on anything.  I would be more than happy to help, especially in the acne department as that is something I suffered with for 6 long years. Anyway I can't wait to start this amazing journey!!!
